NxtRLTY Mentorhip Program
Empowering new agents through mentorship
Nxtrlty’s Mentorship Program is designed to equip new agents with the knowledge, hands-on experience, and support they need to excel in their real estate careers. By pairing each new agent with a dedicated mentor and providing a structured approach to professional development, NxtRLTY ensures that participants gain the skills and confidence to navigate the real estate landscape effectively. Here’s a snapshot of what new agents can expect:
Hands-on Experience: Mentees will join their mentors or senior agents on a minimum of three showings, buyer consultations, and contract presentations, building valuable, firsthand experience in client interactions and contract handling.
Weekly Meetings and Role-Playing: New agents attend weekly team meetings and engage in twice-weekly role-play sessions with their mentors. These sessions cover essential conversation dialogues, including online interactions, online leads, and sphere conversations, with a focus on handling objections confidently.
Performance and Compliance Standards: Mentees are held to key performance indicators (KPIs) for dials, conversations, and compliance metrics, mirroring the standards expected of all NxtRLTY agents.
Transaction Goals and Graduation Requirements: To become a Mentor in the NxtRLTY mentorship program, mentees must close a minimum of 12 transactions, with at least 6 as buyer transactions. After their 12th transaction, agents can graduate by demonstrating contract proficiency, contract compliance, and receiving sign-offs from both the NxtRLTY's Transaction Coordinator and their mentor.
Structured Reviews and Annual Growth Goals: Mentees meet with leadership and mentors for performance reviews at 90 and 180 days, with expectations to have 2 pending deals at 90 days and 5 closed by 180 days. New agents are expected to complete at least 12 transactions within their first year, then grow to 18 in year two and 24 in year three.
Continued Development: Every member of the NxtRLTY program benefits from an annual Career Development Meeting, setting personalized goals for professional growth and career advancement.
